Cross Culture (at Ferry Market New Hope) is a counter-serve restaurant serving prepared Indian meals from hot bar and specialty drinks. Warm and friendly personality required.  Needs excellent communication skills and have the ability to work as a team. Experience is not required, but an eagerness to learn is a must! At Cross Culture be prepared to work independently, efficiently and as a team. All of our crew will play the role of setting up the hot food bar, cashier, counter-serve, and light dish wash, so be prepared to learn multiple tasks.

LIMA FUSION

Position: Cashier, Part Time $10/hour. The Cashier will greet and ring up our guests’ orders and help with other areas of the restaurant as needed, which includes cleaning duties as assigned, using basing kitchen equipment, stocking beverages and disposables

Responsibilities: Collects cash or processes charge payments for guests with speedy and friendly service. Always gives a sincere and warm send off. Ensures an accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements during work shift. Documents and saves all coupons, discounts, and voided transactions. Stays up to date with menu as well as with current specials and promotions and can describe items to guests. Sets up cash drawer and follows security procedures. Helps with other areas of the restaurant when needed. Completes opening and/or closing checklists. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a food service setting is a plus, but not required. Must have basic math skills and the ability to handle money accurately. Must be pleasant, personable, and friendly Must exhibit a sense of urgency. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and others. Must be able to remain stationary for periods of up to four hours. 18+ years old.

WEYERBACHER

Position: Bartender- Part-time/seasonal

Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Tap Room Manager, primary responsibilities include: Service bar customers with friendliness and knowledge Responsible for all aspects of maintaining the bar Opening and closing registers and being accountable for accuracy in cash drawers Accountable for maintaining the general appearance and cleanliness of the Tap Room in all areas including cooler, bar and storage area. Responsible for monitoring chalk-boards, signs, etc. that all look presentable and up-to-date Knowledge of Weyerbacher history, basic brewing process – ability to explain process to customers. Assist with inventory tracking, including all merchandise, supplies, beer (cases & kegs). Customer-facing representative of Weyerbacher brand; be approachable and professional.

Qualifications and Education Requirements: We are looking for someone who has sincere interest in the craft beer and/or industry, is open to learning, can work efficiently, handle responsibility, maintain strong attention to detail and communicate with staff and customers in a positive, friendly manner. Must be at least 21 years of age. Up-to-date RAMP certification required on-hire or within thirty days of hire.

Preferred Skills: Bar, restaurant or retail experience is preferred. A sense of humor and creativity is a plus.
