The owner and operator of Little Radish, Michele Diaz Ware, is a classically trained pastry chef who worked in top New York City restaurants before moving to the Princeton area. In Princeton, she spent time at Princeton University, returned to the pastry kitchen at Agricola, and later joined Eurest, where she discovered a passion for healthy food, especially salads..
