Ferry Market is pleased to introduce Market Events, a program allowing guests to host parties, receptions, business gatherings, fundraisers, and other catered functions at our market. We understand that each event is unique, so we will work with you on timing, budget, coordination, and execution to make your occasion truly spectacular.

 

Our event specialist has 22 years of experience in the business planning hundreds of events both large and small. Choose from one (or several) of our 12 fabulous food, drink, and dessert vendors providing flavorful culinary delights suitable for all palates and price points. We have event equipment available for rent at an additional charge, including buffet tables, dishes, service ware, linens, etc. Take out the pain of party planning and enjoy your event with Ferry Market Events. Event space at Ferry Market is available before or after operating hours seven days a week. Our rental fee varies with the date, time and size of your event. Our coordinator will help you determine which package best suits your needs. We can handle all the details of your event, including menu planning, event rentals, entertainment scheduling and staffing.

Limitations

​

• Weekends- Event space at Ferry Market is available every day of the week, year round. During weekdays, the market is available to parties of 50 people or less during operating hours. On weekends, event space is available outside of our peak operating hours. That said, on weekends events can start any time before 10:00 am or after 7:00 pm.

• Holidays- Due to the volume of guests and visitors on both weekends and holidays, we regrettably cannot close off the market for private events during peak market hours at this time. We recommend booking events from December 31st to April 1st, as the market has increased availability.

• Venue Rental Fee- Though the food, drink, and dessert fees for each event vary, the rental fee for using our physical market space starts at a base cost of $250.
