1920s - 1930s
Originally built as a car dealership, the space at 32 South Main was a center of movement and exchange.

1960s – 2000s
Later transformed into an antiques and collectibles mall, it continued to draw locals and visitors alike.

2017 - Today
Now home to Ferry Market, the building has been reimagined as a food hall with unique vendors, a laid-back beer garden, and open-air seating that connects directly to the streets of New Hope.

Founder and Owner
Kevin Daugherty is a longtime Bucks County resident with a deep love for the town he calls home. While his career has spanned private equity and revitalization work, his projects in New Hope are rooted in something more personal. As the mind behind the Bucks County Playhouse, Ghost Light Inn, and Ferry Market, Kevin has helped bring new energy to some of the town’s most iconic spaces, always with care for its history and character.
Ferry Market is a true passion project. What began as a vision to reimagine a tired space has grown into a lively, welcoming hub for food, conversation, and community. For Kevin, the reward isn’t in the business plan—it’s in seeing people connect over great meals, small moments, and a shared love of New Hope. You can often find him in the beer garden, taking it all in.

Ryan Fuller has spent most of his life in Bucks County, and his connection to New Hope runs deep. From 2008 through 2012, he managed the iconic Raven Resort and its sister property, The
Nevermore, helping to reinvigorate two of the region’s most beloved hospitality landmarks.
In 2012, Ryan met Kevin Daugherty and began what would become a lasting partnership focused on community revitalization. Together, they helped develop the bar service program in the early stages of the newly revived Bucks County Playhouse, where Daugherty spearheaded the theater’s rejuvenation and return as a cultural anchor in New Hope. Their shared vision later led to collaborations on other cornerstone projects—most notably, Ferry Market.
As “Ferry Captain” of Ferry Market, Ryan is the steady hand at the helm. He oversees daily operations, vendor partnerships, capital improvements, and events, ensuring that the Market’s creative, community-driven spirit remains at the forefront. He’s known for his thoughtfulness, reliability, and ability to balance operational precision with a welcoming atmosphere.
Professionally, Ryan was a licensed insurance producer who joined GMG Insurance in 2014.
Over the next decade, he built a successful career in property and casualty insurance. In 2024, he left GMG to launch Fuller Consulting, a business advisory firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and organizations grow with strategy and confidence.
In 2023, Ryan relocated to New York City after 40 years in Bucks County, but he remains closely tied to the community that shaped his professional and civic identity. A proud Eagle Scout, Ryan’s leadership is rooted in service. He previously served as treasurer for both the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce and New Hope Celebrates, a nonprofit promoting LGBTQ+ visibility and tourism. He also served as we board member of New Hope Arts. Today, he serves as Board Chair of the Credit Counseling Center of Bucks County.
Whether managing a market, advising clients, or leading community initiatives, Ryan Fuller brings professionalism, purpose, and heart to everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys biking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
